New line up at Star?

No DJ's this morning on STAR. Just a sweeper saying that they have a "NEW LINE UP" starting tomorrow morning at 7:20. Any ideas what they're doing?
 
What's going on over at Lincoln... Where are Steve and Vikki and the rest of the gang at this morning.. even Tom is not in... New Lineup? what's this all about are they adding someone to the morning show or afternoon show or whats going on over there?
 
This is just weird. I am listening to Star and I like all the music this morning. I wonder if Cindy and Ray take over mornings with Steve and Vicki moving to PM drive. I still thought Steve & Vicki were one of the top money making morning shows in town still despite the attacks from Q and the Beat. I still don't really expect a real change at 7:20 Thursday morning.
 
David Paul is the new morning guy at Star. Nudge is middays and Steve, Vikki, Cindy and Ray will do afternoon drive to make things even MORE stimulating and different for the ride home. Evenings they'll switch to Ru Paul and overnights they'll just shut the station off to conserve energy and save some money.

Or... ???
 
A few thoughts.

1. How will this effect Q100?

2. Perhaps we'll see Barnes, Steve and Vikki in the mornings.

3. I wouldn't mind lights out at the station, as I don't listen to it anyway.
 
Tripp West isn't on the air either. What the heck is going on over there?

Where's Rodney? Someone fire up the RODNEY-SIGNAL now!!
 
Looks like a stunt

Based on what I can figure, this "new lineup" is going to be the Star 94 Jingle Jam Christmas concert lineup, not a format change or DJ lineup change. In other words, a stunt.

It is. Goo Goo Dolls and other asorted guys on a stool.

Feel free to pay alot of money to hear a group that hasn't had a hit this decade.
