New log this morning, again 10/09/14

I'm telling you what, I am having the best luck right now. 3 new ones in 3 mornings.

1510 - KFNN Mesa, AZ; traffic report under strong KGA, weather forecast mentioning high of 88, and mention of "USI Mesa Insulation" at 0605 PT 10/09. NEW #621, 22KW, 997 miles. Today's sunrise isn't until 0627 PT in Phoenix! It probably was on critical hours power however.

Good catch -- in fact, anything under, behind, in the null, etc. of KGA is a good catch.

It's practically local strength on this side of the Cascades. I can only imagine it's just as loud in Yakima.

I never hear anything in the null.

Having headphones helps a LOT. It would be hard to get the weak UNIDs without them. Hard to get anything under KGA either - I wish they were off the air for a while in the overnight/early morning so I could try for WLAC, KOAZ, KCKK etc.
