Got Alaska #3 this morning - and another from the Southeastern part of the state!

800 - KINY Juneau, AK; mention of Juneau at 0559 PDT; ID "AM 800 KINY" at 0600 PDT; o/u CKOR Penticton, BC. NEW #491, 7.6kw, 869 miles! AK #3.

Also heard this morning
972 HLCA Dangjin South Korea best TP of the morning with Korean talk and music between 0555 and 0605
774 JOUB Akita Japan; Japanese talk at 0608.
1053 Korean Jammer good
Hets all over the dial including 945, 1323 and 1153.

Last night after the KYWN log I had rare CFYM 1210 Kindersley, SK fair-good at times with IDs and // to CJYM 1330. Also unid country station likely Afton WY.

First AK logged was 550 KTZN Anchorage AK in 2010 with an ID at TOH. ESPN and only 5KW IIRC.
Second AK - 930 KTKN Ketchikan.

Still looking for KFQD, KBBI, KYUK and KDLG, my most wanted stations.

Good job on the KINY. I'll have to keep my ears peeled for that one. I usually hear KTKN a couple times a month, should check 800 more often, esp. when KTKN is in -- although CKOR and KPDQ seem to dominate 800 pretty much.
