New LPTV station for Winslow

KVSW-LP 38 Winslow, which applied for a license last month, in on the air, although currently they're just showing a test pattern with station ID.

This is the first operating TV station for licensee Village Broadcasting Corp. and for its parent, Longfoot Communications Corp. They indicate from an SEC filing that they intend to use paid programming to provide revenue. Look for infomercials or religion.

It's Winslow's second TV station, the other being KSAZ-owned translator K09JZ.
