New Market Manager at CBS Tampa

Ben Hill is out and new guy, former CBS LA boss man Steve Carver, is in effective 9/12/13. That's 4 different guys in just over 4 years. 6 MMs in less than 6, I think. Given the cluster's under-performance, any thoughts on possible changes or what may be needed to get them back on the road?
 
Believe his change was self inflicted.....expect Carver to make changes as all MM tend to do. Then watch the group be sold to Cumulus....beginning to see that there is too much smoke and now there a fire....predict about $58-$65m....
