I always believe that it should've been done earlier.
Now TBS is the major player of MLB (I don't like FOX or ESPN)
With Sunday Afternoon Baseball, the entire LDS, and the other LCS.
Look out World!
Ted Turner is proabaly dancing somewhere in Montana.
TBS= MLB Regular Season & Playoffs
TNT=NBA Regular Season & Playoffs
Both share conference finals/championship series
Coincidence?

Some will say it should be on broadcast, but I think fans will be happy when they see the games on TBS.

This will force FSN to televise Sunday afternoon Rockies games not televised by TBS. I can't see KTVD 20, Denver's MyNetwork affiliate, owned by Gannett, picking them up.jellyeggs said:A TBS spokesperson says they`re "always looking at ways to enhance our networks viewing experience" in regards to the HD issue in a Houston Chronicle story. Whether that`s a vote for HD wasn`t clear, but there you go. ;D ETA, the article also said that TBS will have cable exclusivity for their playoff telecasts in the respective teams home markets!

No. TBS gets Sunday afternoon regular season games IN ADDITION to the playoffs. If the Rockies are on TBS on any given Sunday afternoon, that would mean that FSN couldn't televise the same game and as such I don't think KTVD 20 would be interested in carrying Sunday afternoon games for continuity purposes. FSN however could compensate much easier than KTVD 20 could simply by airing another sporting event.MarkL said:This will force FSN to televise Sunday afternoon Rockies games not televised by TBS. Why would this force FSN to televise Sunday afternoon Rockies games not televised by TBS? The only games that will be exclusive on TBS are the playoff games.
Here in Denver, unless the Cubs & Rockies are playing at two different times of any given day, they're usually blacked out no matter what day it is.The only network that I could see being affected would be WGN's national Cubs broadcasts on Sunday afternoon.
