New morning show in Buffalo?

How are things sounding lately in morning drive on 96.1 FM?
 
I like Laura Daniels. A seasoned professional still young enough to connect with the 18-to-34 year old female demographic, she should be embraced by "young moms" in Buffalo once we get through the holiday music season.

Any word on if they are seeking a female co-host or a male co-host? Just curious. I know the search continues.

I don't know much about new GM Richard Chiaino. His background is in sales but all of my contacts from WJYE have parted ways with 96.1 FM in search of better opportunities (i.e. my sales rep friends had a hard time selling that programming over the past 12 to 18 months.)

I also don't know much about Joe Bonacci, who is the station's program director.

Can anyone enlighten us about Richard and Joe and how the co-host search is going?
