The FCC will soon be accepting applications for a new full-power non-commercial station on 93.3 licensed to Susquehanna, PA.
For the sake of speculation, who might be awarded this frequency?
I'm sure WPEL would love to have an FM station to augment/replace their AM daytime facility. (They already have a translator in place on the channel across the border in NY, I believe). The fact that they already own two stations in the area may pose a problem, though.
