New network by DreamWorks???

According to tviv.org, DreamWorks plans to launch it's own network in May...Is there any truth to this?
 
TVIV is basically the Wikipedia of Television, and shouldn't be trusted with anything that can't be confirmed elsewhere. There is no sign I can find of "DreamWorks Network" anywhere other than TVIV, so it's most likely someone's fantasy.
 
The ultimate litmus test -- Google. Google "Dreamworks network" -- if you get links from Dreamworks itself, various cable or sat companies, PR sites or trade sites, very likely it's true. If all you got is "TVIV" (in this case), it's shenannigans.
