New network on WBIN 50.3?

Turned on WBIN 50.3 and something called Weather Nation was running. This must be recent - they were running a duplicate of the main channel last week. So much for the thought that either Cozi TV or the new Nashville Network could land there.
 
He wasn't on the local cut-ins (but he's still doing his reports on the main channel). According to Wikipedia, WBIN added the network today.
 
isn't this the weather channels latest competition??
 
I access Weather Nation through Roku. It is what the Weather Channel used to be. Weather 24/7. My wife and I enjoy it and land on it quite frequently.
 
The only problem is, it is mostly infomercials!!! :p
Is this actual network feed, or is 'BIN cutting away with local inserts?
