New news operation in the Raleigh-Durham market

Univision 40 WUVC has apparently launched a 30-minute news broadcast, "Noticias 40" airing at 6 and 11 pm. It's a pretty simple, single-anchor format heavy on news, some sports and very limited weather. As English-language WKFT "Counterforce 40", the station aired a 10pm news back in the mid-to-late 1980s, but had limited their news content to news briefs (both as WKFT and WUVC) until now.
