New OM at CC Miami: Alex tear

I'll pick the low fruit. I'm sure no one will shed a tear when he's gone. Man that place has been a revolving door since they gave Dave Ross the boot
 
well... the voice tracking never sounded better. You'd almost think they were here.
 
I believe that nights are the only local shift at the station. Duran, Seacrest and YOO are voicetracked. The station actually sounds better since Rod P got promoted. Sounds like Alex has implemented a larger playlist and is breaking new hits quicker. Rod had a very short tight playlist that got repetitive over and over. The station is sounding good and I guess would have to be profitable considering they are using voicetracked talent. Alex has a much larger issue with the beat 103.5. That station has no identity as the seem to be confused between Urban, Urban AC and sometimes CHR/Rhy. A mismatch of hosts that bounce from one demo to another. Dump the station and start with something fresh and innovative for Miami. Alternative, AAA, HOT AC or something that is not duplicated on a bunch of other stations. Alex, are you listening? You are doing good with Y100 now fix 103.5
