WRCF-LP 29 Winter Garden, FL is now running "New Screen Television". Being leased by station licensee Charles Namey.

The station is licensed for 5,000 Watts/134 meters AMSL. Oddly enough, it's on the SAME office rooftop as another Orlando LPTV station.(The two LPTV"s are NOT co-owned)

Note: WRCF-LP has a directional signal going east, however.. I think it might be running extremely low power)
Edited by DonReelSteal on 10/16/05 10:23 AM.

The press release says Winter Park, not Garden.

Oops. I got confused. There are so many Winter this and Winter that in the area. Add that to the fact, Winter Garden has a few radio licenses and it was way late when I posted that..LOL

Pretty crappy reception from here at 436/University in WP, but it's LP so I can't expect much I guess.

The problem with most low power stations is 1. they don't have much of a signal to start with & 2. their transmitter location. If you are just west of the city of Orlando (within 5 or 6 miles of the tall buildings) and use an outdoor TV antenna. You should have no problem picking up most of those stations along with the other broadcast stations way out there on Hwy 50. But if you are east (or north, or south depending on how far you are from the city) you would have to use an antenna rotator in order to pick up those stations or else have a dedicated antenna just for them.
