roy e. henderson just sold another radio station, thorndale's 99.3 klgo to reo radio for 2.05 million (austin market). are they gonna stay the same format or change.

Look for a change. The sales agreement indicates that the current LMA will end on the closing date.

As opposed to an ongoing LMA where they continue to line Roy's pocket, they can now start using the money to build up equity. Richard Oppenheimer, whose group is acquiring KLGO, if you remember was a former owner of KIXL back in the 90's.
