Hello All,
I have a suggestion for Part 15 radio station operators who broadcast Christmas music during the holidays.
Radio stations typically suddenly stop playing *all* holiday music after December 25, and I have always found this cliff-like cutoff depressing.
When you think about it, though, there are quite a few famous Winter songs that don't even mention Christmas (Sleigh Ride, Winter Wonderland, Frosty the Snowman, Let It Snow, etc.). Instead of abruptly stopping all holiday songs after the 25th, why not just drop the Christmas-specific songs and continue to play the non-Christmas Winter songs for a while, then gradually phase them out as Winter recedes? -- JasonW
