I hear Tad Lemire is the new PD at Cat Country....all the best! He's a talented man.
 
I hope this doesn't mean he has to give up the morning show. I'd run the risk of just never waking up again...never driving to work again...life as I know it would end. Other than that scenario I approve.
 
He is staying on mornings also which tells me either they consider him too valuable to take off the air in that slot or the only way to work the promotion out moneywise was to have him pull a shift too.That does make him the only Providence PD also pulling an airshift.
 
Sam Stevens is also now APD & Robby Bridges is now AMD so with these other changes it isn't inconceivable for a PD to pull an airshift & program with the kind of support Tad apparently has there. Keeps you in touch with the audience too.

Actually, John Crowe, PD of 790/99.7 The Score pulls a mid-day airshift Monday thru Friday.
