Why would WGST spend money (on anything but a board op and a part time news reader) when they can plug in one of these packages and further reduce their overhead?

I guess the news doesn't get to your part of the planet. Bloomquist left in January and Scott Lindy has been calling the shots for Bull and GST. Chris is still the head gopher as far as I know.
