According to AllAccess, he is from KQQB in Spokane. I believe that is the station that went dark recently. It looks like KEWB has had some good consistency lately, so hopefully he can maintain or improve that situation. Last thing Nor Cal needs is to lose another CHR station.
 
What a small world... KQQB was/is owned by Macknificent Broadcasting and partly by Greg Mack, who about 8 years ago was also part owner of KWPT in Eureka.

Rico Garcia, who just left KEWB, was the last PD at KWPT.

I don't believe that Greg is a part-owner of KQQB anymore. I may be wrong, but I think he is only an owner in KVPW/Fresno these days.
