New pirate on 99.1 in Chicago?

I'm in downtown Chicago and used to get a weak but useable WMYX-FM/Milwaukee signal on 99.1. But for the last couple of days I've been picking up a VERY strong 99.1 signal that's running automated Motown music with no commercials and no IDs.

Anyone have any ideas what this is?

How far are you able to hear the station?

I hear it at work and I hear it at home. But both are in the city. I only find reason to go out to the 'burbs once or twice a year so I haven't had an opportunity to test the signal.

Are you picking it up 24 hours?
I'll be downtown this week and I'll try to check it out.
 
Who would have ever thought about running an oldies pirate station? I'm surprised it's not Caribbean like 90% of the pirate stations in this country.

Just checked now (Sunday morning 9:30am) and it's not on. Getting a weak WMYX-FM instead. Perhaps more evidence that this is a pirate since it's not on all the time.
 
When I lived there, I also got a weak but useable signal by Irving near the kennedy. I failed to check before I left the city for good and moved to Ft Worth, Tx, but it was there. Another one that was useable was WIIL out of Kenosha, Wi.

In the NYC area you'll hear hundreds of them.

Me!!! I USED TO BE ON 91.1 BUT IT ONLY COVERED ABVOUT 3 OR 4 CITY BLOCKS BY MIDWAY AIRPORT, BUT I HAVEN'T DONE IT ABOUT A YEAR,
BECAUSE I FIGURED NO ONE WASN'T LISTENING, SO I FIGURED I BROADCAST MYSELF ON YOUTUBE INSTEAD...
