New pirate radio station at 102.5

I've been listening to the most interesting radio station which is a combination of drum and bass, classic songs from Europe (sung in French, Italian, Spnaish), close harmony Salsa, and 50's rock. They do an ID at the top of the hour but I'm usually having to pay more attention to traffic than the radio. The station is so listenable....really seems to be ground breaking especially with the mix which incredibly works. (Sorry that I've used "incredible" twice in one post.)

The station is primarily in El Cajon at 102.5 fm.

Any ideas, folks?

Could it be an XM or Sirrius radio "broadcasting" on the freq? My XM has 102.5 as one of the default FM frequencies.<P ID="signature">______________

Actually from what I picked up from the station ID at the top of the hour were the words "cucando radio de la frontera" which I believe would be translated as "listening to border radio." I have to investigate this further.

This is the licensed IMER station on 102.5 in Tijuana. They have very eclectic programming. It is named "Radio Frontera."
