New PM Driver 4 KFWhyEye?

No doubt about it now. J.D. Loudmouth will run for Guv in 2010...he was mugging it up front and center at an anti-immigrant press conference Wednesday with Russell Pearce, Andy Thomas and Sheriff Joe. Looks like there'll be an initiative measure on the ballot to nail the door shut on illegals undocumenteds, and you know Terry Goddard won't be signing it! So the Buckeye Boyz are wonderin' who'll fill his chair at 5~Fifty 'cause the announcement will probably be made right after all the Ho-Ho-Ho music goes away.

I tried to listen to the blustery oaf the other night, but it was maddening. He was talking about medical marijuana, and was misrepresenting and getting every fact wrong and laughing about it. And, he wasn't accepting phone calls. But, I'm sure old JD had no problem accepting tobacco and alcohol lobby $$$ when he was a congressman.

I am a republican, but Goddard has my vote over the oaf.

(didn't KFYI have a big all hands meeting today?)

Uh... no. JDH will not run for Governor now or any time in the near future. The reason is simple, he will not take the pay cut. I'm not being sarcastic; he won't do it, would you? Now... United States Senate? That's a possibility, but JDH will commission a private poll to see if he could really beat McCain in a primary and he'll calculate how much it will cost. If it's too high a mountain right now, he will bide his time and continue to build his name i.d. on the radio until an open Senate seat comes available.

My bet is that Windbag will run against McCain in the primary. This is his only chance for a Senate seat for a very long time. John Kyl ain't going anywhere anytime soon, and besides, Windbag's a Kyl ally.

If JDH "primaries" McCain, Kyl will stick with McCain. They are two GOP incumbents who work well together and Kyl and JDH do not share the same temperment traits even though their voting records are similar.

We're stickin' with JD Loudmouth to run for GUV. While McCain is disliked by many conservatives, Caribou Barbie will stump for him and she delivers. Jan Brewer is a walking zombie with no support or money. Loudmouth will do well in rural AZ and has a shot at Maricopa County. Goddard carries Pima, Coconino and the Reservations. Plus he's got plenty of traction in Phoenix ..so the battleground becomes the 'burbs of Phoenix. It'll be a great race and gives KFWhyEye listeners at least an 11 month break!
