New "Podcast on demand" technology - where to start?

I'm a newbie. I thought I'd post this because
this site sems well respected, a good place to start..

We've developed technology that will deliver any
podcast to any phone (including cell phones) -
No Internet connection necessary,
and the podcasts are available on demand.

Yup. The first thing to do is get a toll free number!

Most cell phones offer long distance at the same price as a local or toll-free call, so why should this company foot the bill? And if you're at home, you can listen on the computer, so no need to make a call.

I think this is a promising service. Seems similar to the one MyMBN.com offers for live streaming.
