New Portland Tropo log with IBOC splatter off! 7 17 13

Just logged a very weak, but new, Portland station with IBOC off on one of my locals!

93.9 - KPDQ Portland, OR; very weak ID "KPDQ, Portland-Beaverton" (either that or Vancouver WA). KMPS IBOC off. NEW #230, 52kw at 162mi.

Also KINK 101.9, KXL 101.1 and KKCW 103.3 (all pests) from Portland heard tonight.
