from Radio Online:

AC KVIL-FM (103.7 Lite FM)/Dallas hires Jennifer Villa as morning producer for Gene & Julie. Villa previously was with Charlie Tuna at KBIG-FM/Los Angeles.

If you have lousy talent a new producer,no matter how good, won't make them better.

True. You can put lipstick on a pig but the pig is still ugly.

It's not only the "pig", It's the whole pig farm. "Lite-FM" is just terrible. My signature says it all. Mary Rose is the only talent on the station. And, I'll take Valier Smith anyday of the week over Delilah.

I heard they promoted a certain person to be a producer for Deliah there. If that is an indication of improving things at KVIL,expect more "lameness".

And THAT'S the problem - you're stopping after the lipstick. Add to it some rouge and false eyelashes. Then a vigorous workout regimen coupled with some well-placed lypo and cosmetic surgery. Follow that with a trip to charm school to smooth out those rough pig edges. Then, when you have the promotions photos taken, airbrush them and stretch them vertically so they look like Ann Wilson. Now, step back and enjoy your product and all the money spent on fixing an Edsel.

On second thought, you might as well just cut your losses and buy a greyhound.

Someone has gotta push the button on the system to play local spots.

Oooooh, okay, now I understand.

But that really won't change the content of her show, would it?

That show is soooooo sappy, I just can't handle it.

Well I think we have a right to be bitter and negative

KVIL totally sucks, so does all the other moves CBS has recently made, like getting rid of The Oasis. KVIL "used to be" the station that everyone in the nation admired.

Not anymore...........those days are loooooooong gone.
