New Programs for Syndication (Ideas)

PROMOTING Internet Radio Programs Be Allowed? (WAS: Re: New Programs for Syndication (Ideas))

Hi everyone:

> Post deleted by admin: spam

In an attempt to turn this into something (hopefully) less self-promotional (i.e. A one-man show vs. a whole community thing), would the promotion of INTERNET Radio shows be considered "spam" if the host/originating station is seeking affiliates to pick up their show either LIVE or via some form of syndication (such as podcast)?

If not, I know of quite a few shows that could use a little promotion.

In fact, dare I say this, but with podcasting taking off as a the medium it has become, perhaps its time for Radio-Info to consider a board to discuss the world of podcasting (or at least revisit the issue)?

Normally I'd pose this on the Ask Radio-Info board, but figured this might be an even better place for it. Of course, you admins can feel free to move this if you see fit. :)

Just a few thoughts :)

Cheers for now :)
