This is for the listeners in Cleburne County.......any idea when the new FM station at 101.9 FM that is licensed to Heber Springs is scheduled to go on the air. Per www.fcc.gov, the owner is Sydney Allison Sugg.
Is "licensed" or is it just an application for a Construction Permit which has not been granted yet?
It looks like BNPH-20130510ACE is an application file in May of 2013 for which no action has been taken.
It also appears that it may be some kind of 'placeholder' application which can only be considered once the channel is allocated to the marketr.
Do you think the market needs another station? Do you think the market can 'financially support' another station? How well are the current stations doing?
