New Radio Station in Mobile: WHEX-LP

The Mobile Arts Council is putting this station together. It'll likely broadcast from the APT TV tower in Spanish Fort. The format will be more or less what's carried now on Mod Mobilian Radio online. The live link is down as they prepare to integrate the LPFM station but there's a sample schedule on there with what appears to be a pretty eclectic mix of music.
