New radio tower in Dublin

I have noticed a tower across from Best Buy in Dublin the tower has been there for years used to be the tower cam for WMAZ Channel 13 in Macon. But now looks like they have put some FM broacast antennas on the tower. I have been hearing a broadcast on 103.1 around Dublin. It would be on the air for a few hours and play anything from classic country to classic rock. I think it is just a test signal. Not sure what it's going to be. Does anyone know?

OK Thanks for the information. I heard the ID but wasn't clear to me what they said. Do you know when they plan to be on the air?
 
They are on now. It seems they are playing comedy programming and some Bible teaching at times. There is a station in Cochran filed on 103.1 and they are klove.
 
This station is finally playing something worth listing to. It is the same as http://www.radio-locator.com/info/W246BQ-FX

The true oldies channel. I hope they keep playing this format. The only problem is they do not sound clean it is distorted and they seem to have some other issues.
