New Reality Show About Boston

For everyone who was a fan of Jersey Shore, there is going to be a new reality show called "Southie Rules," about South Boston, or "Southie" as locals refer to it as. It is going to air on A&E, and I actually have a friend who is on it. Check it out:

I'm way past tired of reality TV. You couldn't have paid me to watch Jersey Shore. I'll be taking a pass here, too. No offense.

Being mostly of Irish heritage, should I be offended? Can I sue?? :D

I'll never watch it. The only reality shows I watch are (mostly) Storage Wars, due to Barry Weiss, and (formerly sometimes-now rarely) Pawn Stars.

I'm not of Irish heritage...and I'm ALREADY offended!!!... ;D :D ;D

This show is going to reinforce every negative stereotype that's out there about the Irish...stereotypes many of us thought were stamped out long long ago.

If "Southie Rules" becomes a hit, you can count on it being rerun to death, just like "Duck Dynasty" and "Storage Wars" -- there seems to be an evening-long marathon of one of the two every other evening on A&E.
