BMP is consolidating studios for its SA stations with a $2 million renovation at the Eisenhauer Road facility. The new studio for KTSA went online overnight. The station ran a Dave Ramsey rerun instead of local programming from 5:00AM until about 6:30AM, followed by about 10 minutes of music. Then at about 6:40, Trey Ware began his show with apologies for the technical difficulties they were having as they were moving into the new studio. He gave a shout out to the station's Operations Manager, who had been working for more than 12 hours straight on getting everything to work.
Jack Riccardi began his show by marvelling at all of the new equipment that the station had to work with. He said they were moving 3 decades forward technology-wise with their move down the hall to the new space. He also observed that there were now buttons in his workspace that he has no idea what they do.
