Love how you throw in the 80s/early 90s gold that blends right in with the current stuff. It appears your adding new cuts to the current chart toppers. With the songs you present in the sample hours, it sounds like you've got a well programed winner.

Will Smith is in Vault rotation for us. Comes up once in a very long while. It's a solid track. The target audience loves it... so I throw it in for the Wow factor.

Cake has gotten a MONSTER response when I added it to the Gold category. In a more rock-leaning market... taking gold cues from the 90s Alternative chart isn't a bad thing. Soundgarden gets regular requests for us too.

And I'm not wasting my money on your consulting Truthsayer. Landing at #3 in the target demo behind two 100,000 watt monsters (and ahead of another one) is damn good.

I don't talk like consultants in general are bad. If my boss wanted to hire a consultant, I would gladly work with them on the sound of the station.

I'm talking that YOU would make a bad consultant. Between your demeanor, attitude, angst, obvious personal vendettas, and uncertain views, I'm saying I would never waste my money hiring YOU as a consultant.

We're doing fine without a consultant. All of our stations are doing fine without a consultant. (And we're beating stations WITH consultants). We don't need to spend money on a consultant when it probably wouldn't lead to much (if any) financial return.
