Spotify is automated music without any jocks.

Actually most of the music stations in LA have live jocks. They're in the union.

A lot are not unionized, starting with Univision's FMs and including a fair number of other operations in the market. I don't believe that any of the Asian, Armenian and Farsi stations are union, nor are a number of the smaller stations or smaller operations like Saul's.
