new signal for reach??

At the 70/73 intersection (formerly the old Marlton Circle) in Marlton, I received a very strong signal on 104.1 rebroadcasting Reach WXHL, is this yet another translator popping up, faded going North on 73 toward Moorestown.
 
Looks like their 103.7 translator (W279CN) filed a minor mod to move 2 channels to 104.1 and was granted a few weeks back. They have subsequently filed another app for a minor mod taking it due north of their current site. Seems like they have their sights set on a final location and are playing the “hop game” until they arrive there.
