New sisters in Houston? Re: 32.1 & 56.1

What are these new stations that I'm picking up in downtown Houston? First one is airing apparently very old lesser known cartoons that I've never even heard of. PSIP is 32.1 KEHO-LD, with no subchannels.

Second station is likely a sister to the above. PSIP is 56.1 KQHO-LD, airing a color bar screen with the KQHO ID flashing center screen. No subchannels either.

KEHO started as a RF 13 LP license in Beaumont, but never signed on...then claimed interference from Baton Rouge (yeah right!), so got its current channel..then moved to Houston (licensed to Chase building downtown iirc)

KZHO was its sister on 38.1. not sure about 56.1

Rabbitears.info lists 4 LD stations in the Houston market that include HO in the call signs, but they each have different owners.

Call / Virtual / Physical / COL / Owner
KAHO-LD / 4 / 23 / Woodville / Hosanna Apostolic Ministries Broadcasting Corporation
KEHO-LD / 32 / 49 / Houston / Elva Rosa and Moises Gomez
KZHO-LD / 38 / 39 / Houston / Hispanic Christian Community Network, Inc.
KQHO-LD / 56 / 20 / Houston / New York Spectrum Holding Company, Llc (Operator listed as CMMB America)

Different names does not make different owners....Elva/Moses are the board members of Hispanic Christian Comm, iirc..Better check your info on KAHO...FCC database still shows it on RF 4, not 23...(Woodville..what a joke..its never been on the air in or near that city....in fact KAHO has never been on the air at all....they claimed in previous app and CP/license to cover they were on the former CC Devers tower...NOPE...never was there!)
