New Skittles "beard" commercial - hunh???

Ok, maybe it's that whole targeted demographic thing, (I'm 36) but the commercial with the guy applying for a job is just totally beyond me. The one where his beard moves on its own and feeds the interviewer Skittles. I like Skittles a lot and this commercial actually weirds me out to the point where I think negatively of it.
