New smooth jazz station coming to Pennsylvania?

a thread on the north-eastern pennsylvania board alleges that a construction permit has just been granted for a new AM radio station in milford, pennsylvania on 1450 AM and that the calls WQCD have been picked up. not sure how accurate this information is but it is interesting because milford has become a bedroom community for new york city in the past decade or so. tons of people are now making the long drive from the rural milford area to new york every day and there is a strong tie to new york in that county of PA (so much so that a few years back, neilsen changed pike county PA from the scranton television market to new york city). is this new station going to pick up smooth jazz? CD 1450 AM? if they do, let's hope to God they do it all locally or pick up jones, and not the BA network.
