new soft AC station?

Minneapolis' Drive 105 has "driven off into the sunset", replaced with "Love 105". I haven't heard a whole lot so far what they're playing, but it sounds a lot like old-school soft AC. I found this story online about the switch. Some artists they're playing include Neil Diamond, Barbra Streisand,and Barry Manilow. The article stated that many of the same artists can already be heard on Kool 108 and Lite 103 there. I seriously doubt Lite 103 would even consider playing some of those artists that were mentioned.

In listening to it over the weekend, it appears to be a tad hipper than other soft gold cousins..The River in Grand Rapids, WDUV in Florida, Magic in Albany. Is the hole big enough in the Twin Cities to make this fly?

Regardless, use the dirt to fill the hole back in and plant grass.
