New Standards station to launch in Palm Beach County, FL

The legendary Dick Robinson (host of American Standards by the Sea) is launching a new standards FM in Palm Beach County, FL

In September the station was granted WLML-FM as its call letters, which we now know are meant to help brand the station as “Where Legendary Music Lives“. A website at LegendsRadio.com has been launched to introduce “Legends 100.3” to the market. The station promotes musicians such as Frank Sinatra, Michael Buble, Dean Martin, Ella Fitzgerald, and Diana Krall among its core.

Website is up and running. Sure hope Dick decides to syndicate the format. I think there would be some takers.
 
I wish them all the best. if this station is to succeed , the Palm Beach market will be a winner. They will have a loyal listener base, and a loyal group of advertisers. Ratings will be another issue. It looks like the owner is programming for the love of the music. kudos to them, and best wishes.
