97.3 ABSOLUTELY won't cover most of the black population. In the "hood" 97.3 will get clobbered by all the other close FMs in the area. Forget trying to hear it in the NE side. It's just not going to work over there without some really good equipment the public would NEVER pay for.
I would love to see the Groove guys back in OKC somewhere. Their mix was much better than what the Perry bunch puts out on either band.
