New Station in Austin 97.1 FM

When scanning I pick up a new station on 97.1FM I don't know if it is a translator but all I hear is Regional Mexican on this station. Fiesta Mexicana 97.1 Austin
 
Listen for the legal ID and you'll hear 97.1 is a translator fed by one of the HD sub channels of KTXX 104.9. It runs the syndicated Chulo y La Bola in the morning and Fiesta Mexicana Internacional from Guadalajara the rest of the day.
 
It's been awhile. IIRC it orginally carried K-Love before switching to Spanish language. And it was a notorious pirate before someone licensed a translator on that channel.
