New station in Cleveland?

An ad for "Friday Night Under the Lights" in the Clarion-Ledger high school football pullout section shows an affiliate in Cleveland listed as WVLT 92.9. Is this station even on the air? Plus, there's an oldies station in southern New Jersey that already has these calls. Erroneous information?
 
92.9 still dark here guys. along with all the other MRS Venture purchases.But all they need is a tower, transmitter, studio.etc........
 
I believe I heard a promo for this show on MPB today. Could this be what you're writing about?

Yes. There are some MPB stations (but not all, according to the ad) that are carrying the show. But since it listed a Cleveland station, that what made me curious about this supposed station.
