Rescanned the box again, and found 46.1 ---. No calls, no programming. Just a black screen. Anyone have information on this pop-up station?
 
KBPX-LD, channel 46, has been on since November of 2010. Their PSIP is frequently misconfigured, and 46.1 often shows up as 46.3. They show The Country Network.
 
I have notice another channel like this 48.5 no picture just blank screen and no calls weird I did not know a station could start at .5

48:5 is 47:3, it was a SOI-TV affiliate.
