New station in Lynchburg/Roanoke soon...

According to VARTV, the sale has closed on WBWR 106.9...they're simulcasting the BOB FM simulcast (that would make it a trimulcast, I suppose). VARTV hints(?) at standards...my question is: would standards ACTUALLY make money, given that the same company owns BOB FM?

Then again, the station was standards before flipping to the Bear

Thoughts about the new format?

Urban? FM Talk? Alt. Rock? Hot A.C.?

Whatever it is, it will have to be a significantly underseved format for the station to make ratings and money...
______________
If a DJ talks into a microphone, and no one's there to listen to him, does he make a noise?
