Internet search turns up "Positive Country 104.3", and apparently an affiliate of the Texas Rangers Baseball radio network.

I can't find anything saying Positive Country but I did find Positive Radio.

From the looks of it it simulcasts KBLY which covers the same area. But maybe it extends KBLY's coverage.

Here's a news article on the station from Olney Enterprise.
The 100.5 signal and 104.3 signal both seem to be country. But they're not a simulcast. KBLY plays more religious music. KBVP has their streaming in mono. Is 104.3 FM also in mono can anyone hear it?

Their stereo pilot is on and comes in well in Wichita Falls. As expected they wreck some serious havoc on KNTX's translator. That said, both KNTX and KBVP carry rangers games with the same non-delay which makes a very interestingly strong signal as the two signals Duke it out.
