New station on 1700.

I'm hearing (at night) what sounds like a classic rock station playing great music but very drifty. is this mexico? the DJ speaks spanish. I never caught an ID. but did hear something like 'radio musica" or something to that sort.

it could be Richardson or Brownsville, Texas...
 
It could be WJCC from Miami Springs, FL. They are spanish.
 
i guess 1,000 watts really does travel far on the X band doesn't it?
