New station on air from Mabank

I'm not able to listen now, but yesterday I caught a few minutes of KTXV 890, finally on the air with what sounded like regional Mexican. If this is the real direction for the station, it goes against an earlier report here that they'd be doing contemporary Christian. (KTXV started out with 250 watts in Frankston but went dark when the owner got the construction permit for a new station on the same frequency in Mabank which he had applied for during the last "major change" filing window.)

The signal I heard wasn't that great, and while it's audible along I-20 near Canton, it sounds like they might still be testing and using their nighttime facilities with 250 watts. If the station were using their full daytime power of 20,000 watts with the WNW-ESE pattern, it could be heard from Dallas to Tyler. Anyone else heard this one?
