New studios for RadioX?

I was driving on Middle Country Road (NY 25) in Selden this morning, and I saw a RadioX sign outside a retail/office building on the north side. Is that where the studio(s) are, or are they just renting the advertising space on the sign?
 
New studios? Maybe. But, not there.

The sign you saw on Rte. 25 is in front of the home of lidaily.com who streams our content. They put our logo out on their sign.

Well it worked!!! I saw it and immediately switched my radio from one of the sports stations to RadioX!
