New subchannel on KLJB

Well, not so much--unless you live too far north to receive KGCW. This TV now airs on channel 18-3 as well as 26-2. That leaves Fox as the only network to not air on two separate channels in the Quad Cities area....

The surprises me that Grant hasn't put KLJB-DT1 on KGCW-DT yet. KGCW's tower is located in Mercer County, near Seaton, IL, and therefore puts out a better signal to the Burlington and Muscatine Areas. Using Non-Amplified Rabbit Ears in my home, I can only pick up a few signals. WHBF, KWQC, KIIN (IPTV), KWKB, and KGCW. It gets worse in Western portions of Muscatine and Louisa Counties, where some watch channels from the QC, while others watch the ones from Cedar Rapids-Waterloo-Iowa City. In fact, I have family in the Conesville Area, and they're lucky to have a signal from KWQC that doesn't go in and out.

UPDATE: This Quad Cities has not been on channel 18-3 since yesterday. I'm starting to wonder if this was just temporary....
