New subchannel on KWKB

I'm watching it right now! My converter box IDs channel 20-2 as 'KWKB P2'. Jerry Springer was on at 9am and then it went to colored bars with text for the next hour. Now it's airing the classic PBS series Wild America. The other problem (besides no real ID) is that there's a complete lack of audio, meaning there's video only...
 
UPDATE: Today, KWKB 20-2 is nothing more than a test pattern. ...Does anyone know what's supposed to become of this subchannel?
 
Update about new subchannel on Super Bowl Sunday

As of Sunday night after the Super Bowl, it appears that KWKB P2 is on the air. It's 10:31pm as of this message, and The Beverly Hillbillies are on right now. However, as it's been the case since it's launch last Monday, the audio is quite lacking...
 
KWKB DT2 (20.2) is the AntennaTV affiliate for Cedar Rapids-Waterloo-Dubuque-Iowa City. Not sure how KM Communcations landed the contract, but I love the network. Where else can you find 3 hours of The Three Stooges on Saturday Night!
