New subchannels on KFPB 50

TBD (that's actually it's name) on 50.7 and Nuestra Vision on 50.8. TBD is an English-language station from the same people that created Charge! and shows viral videos. Aiming for Millennials, I guess. Nuestra Vision, as you can guess, is Spanish-language and was airing music videos. Both subchannels feature KFPB's audio issues, with too-low sound level and occasional audio dropouts.

Overlooked this...KFPB has also replaced the shopping channel on 50.6 with Stadium, the sports network that debuted Sept. 6 as a merger between Sinclair's American Sports Network and Silver Chalice's Campus Insiders. The good news is that Phoenix has an OTA 24-hr sports station and it has audio levels that can be heard by humans. The bad news is that it's on KFPB, so the audio cuts out every few seconds - ouch.

Audio levels on TBD and Nuestra Vision have been fixed, but the audio cut-outs haven't.
